specialise in providing a fully comprehensive booking and management
service for good quality self catering accommodation in central York.

property via all types of media e.g. Internet, newspapers etc

coordinating all bookings
from the initial enquiry stage, through to the let and aftercare

inspections of your property

ensuring all legislative
requirements such as fire risk assessments and disability statements are

How
much does it cost?
Our commission is charged as a percentage of any bookings we make on
your behalf + VAT plus
housekeeping and the meet and greet service (where required).
